My first attempt at making Alfredo since going back vegan and it turned out tasting delicious. Nutritional yeast works wonders!!

I got some last minute vegan pizza goodness from Italia before heading to work. Pesto sauce base topped with spinach, tomato, onion and daiya cheese. Magnifico!
Homemade hummus pizza on thin wheat crust with Italian tomatoes, sriracha, basil, spices and daiya cheese. This wasn’t as good as the one I got from Italia in Nashville but it was very tasty.
